In our delivery model we partner with our clients from initiation phase to the handover phase. We deliver as per our client needs and budget without compromising the quality and standard of the product. We use web-based apps to allow our clients to track the delivery of work. Dipsel Properties adopted a disciplined combined project management approach based on the PMBOK, Design Thinking, Prince II and Agile models.
Upon project award, project team is formulated, to allow kicked-off with the client meeting to confirm of project scope including the verification of all drawing and other supporting documents which forms part of the contract. Then project planning with clients and professionals to produce and sign-off a Project Charter that will govern the project process.
Materials procurement and sub-contractor and labour workforce mobilisation begins, followed by the site establishment after site-handover is attained. The project execution is managed by an experienced construction project manager with construction team in conjunction with the client. Projects are completed in line with all best practice standards and processes until completion and hand over.
